Unfortunately Dawn has left a review for the wrong organization. This review is clearly for the USPS - Distribution Center in Jackson Missisippi, that has a 2.2 star review on Google with a massive amount of similiar complaints that Dawn here has shared. Unfortunately Dawn didn't receive an email from USPS asking for a review. She just took the easy route and left her experience with ArtiKen because we have an automated system to request a review 2 weeks from the day an order has been fulfilled.
Because just like she stated, 'I can understand that once it leaves your hands you can't control anything from that point forward.'
That is the truth. Dawn also states 'I'd like to have the option to choose my carrier.' which is something that all customers have the ability to do and have always had the ability to do. ArtiKen has had UPS [not to be confused with USPS] as an alternative courier since Day 1.
Additionally, Dawn mentions she wanted the bracelet by Valentine's Day. And although the USPS should have absolutely had it there before Valentine's Day given the customer made this purchase on February 4th. Not ONCE did Dawn ever reach out to us mentioning concern of her order arriving by Valentine's Day. As to which all of you are aware of ArtiKen's customer service is 100% and our priority for which we would have strongly considered shipping another one out on the week of February 10th via UPS 2 or 3 Day Select - on the house to ensure of such.
We ask all of you to completely ignore this review and read every single other review on this site for an accurate reflection of our business.
