If your item has been shipped, you would have received an e-mail with shipping details email that was sent to the e-mail you used to order. Within this e-mail, you will have the tracking number.
Additionally, packages can end up in multiple places. This could be your actual mailbox, doorstep, front office, etc. If you are concerned about a package that has shipped, please contact your local courier before contacting us.
Because unlike Amazon Prime, this product is actually made to order - in Kenya. Custom orders take 6 weeks for delivery.
